I usually Ga> cover it with enough water so I can simmer it without the pan cooking Ga> dry. It has a good smell of cooked turkey when you are finished, and Ga> then you can let the water cook away and brown it a little bit. I Ga> make spaghetti substituting turkey all the time and no one knows Ga> unless I tell them. I just brown my ground turkey like I do ground beef and I add it to my spaghetti or Lasagna. And with the sauces that I add to those dishes no one can tell that it is Turkey. I have had many compliments on my Lasagna and people are shocked to find out that it has the Turkey in it. It's all in the way you prepare something that determines how it will taste. ___ Blue Wave/QWK v2.12 3 * WOMR-QWK v0.90 The Outlaw BBS * 502-358-3087 * WWIVNet @5211 * ASV
