I wanted to thank you for this recipe..I made it last altering it to the
following and it turned out great..

12 oz bag of red kidney beans                  chili pepper (ground)
4-6 hamhocks                                   minced onion
garlic powder                                  celery salt
italian seasoning                              cayenne red pepper

as i didn't have the actual ingredient i substituted the seasonings..didn't
measure just put in enough to look about right..came out great thanx!!!
