Here is a good one my mother used to teach me....I adapted it a little...


Simple Spahgetti!

1lb Hamburger                                    Pinch of:
1/2 Onion                                        salt, pepper
1/2 green pepper
1 tsp olive oil                                  very small amout of
2 large cans of Progresso Crushed tomatoes       surgar.
1 regular can of Progresso tomatoe sauce

1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp  McCormick Itaailan seasoning

1.  Saute the onion and the green pepper in the olive oil unil very tender.
Add hamburger and brown the meat.  Drain completely!!

2.  Add sauce, and craushed tomatoes along with all the seasonings.  Let it
set on simmer for 3 hrs...stirring occasionally.

3.  Serve over pasta or whatever tickles your fancy!
