I've tried many things to make ground turkey edible.  I finally decided to

treat it like turkey.  I mix my ground turkey with stuffing (slightly on the

dry side) and make it into patties or a meat loaf.  It's the only way I can

eat it any more.  It tastes great in sandwiches.
