Zucchini Bread

3/4 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup unbleached white flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt (if desired)
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1 egg white
1 whole egg
3/8 cup (6 tbsp)
        (veg. oil)
1 1/4 cups packed,finely grated unpeeled zucchini. (medium)
1/2 cup finely chopped nuts(optional)
1/3 cup raisins(optional)

1) use large bowl mix whole wheat,white flour,sugar,baking powder,baking
soda,salt,cinnamon,nutmeg,and cloves.
2)medium bowl,mix egg white,whole egg,oil,zucchini,and vanilla.oops i forgot
about the 1 tsp of vanilla!!!.add this mixture to the flour mixture,stir
well. if your using nuts or raisins add them also. pour batter into a greased
9x5x3 inch loaf pan.
3)put in preheated oven (350) 50 to 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out
clean.
