THis little trick I learned lat winter when i craved Vegi soup, but had not
the time to take the long way about it.

Quick Vegi soup

    2 cans of tomato sauce
    2 cans of tomato puree
    1/2 lb stew meat
    1 can green beans
    1 can corn
    1 can carrots
    Salt and peper to taste
    2 to 3 beef bullion cubes

Brown stew meat til done, I use microwave to brown mine.  Add all the above
ingredants and stir.  Salt and pepper to taste.  Bring to a boil and let
simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.  Now you can use other ingredants like mixed
Vegi's, chopped celery adds a nice flavor as do whole tomatos.  You may have
already heard of the quick way to make soup and if not here you go.
