     Yes Rock candy is easy-peasy to make. :)  It

     Grab 1 cup water, andboil it.  Add about 1-2 cups of sugar untilthe
sugar settles at the bottom.  Then pour the clear liquid sugar water into
another container.  I tried the string and it didn't work for me, but a
wthin, long, circular wooden stick DID work great.

     If you'd like some real specifics on that you can get a zine I publish
that happens to have a little article on it.
