Cindy's Biscuits
an original recipe

2 cups flour(can be self-rising)
3-4 tblsp. shortening melted(or liquid)
3 tsps. baking powder
3/4 to 1 cup milk

I can't make roll out bisquits.  so what I do is mix all the ingredients
and drop by spoons unto a cookie sheet and bake in a 425 degree oven
for 20 min.  this was a roll out recipe originally but my friend and
I adapted it since I am handicapped when it comes to biscuits.
My family loves these and I make them all the time.
