Start with a small boiled potato about the size of an egg.  peel and place in
mixing bowl.  Add and mix in 10X sugar with fork removing ALL lumps.  It will
get watery and as you add more sugar it will get like dough.  Roll out about
1/4" thick.  Spread peanut butter over evenly.  Roll up as a jelly roll.
Chill in fridge, slice in thin slices and serve.  Great, but very swweet...
This is an old candy handed down through the family from, well way back.  Try
it you'll make more.
