I ran out of time before I could save the message I wrote with this...I hope
it wasn't too confusing.  If you like beans I have a good recipe.  First you
start with a bag of Black turtle beans.  place them in a crock pot  with a
dash of the following: garlic, salt, black pepper, gourmet pepper, cajun
seasoning, cumin, chilli powder and onion flakes.  Add about a tbls of
vegtable oil and three or four slices of pepperoni.  add about three lid
fulls of water.  Cook on high for eight hours or until done.  add water if
beans go dry, just don't add too much.  after they are cooked, use a large
flour tortilla and place beans over entire surface.  also add cheese and
salsa and possibly other ingredients.  Place another flour tortillia on top
and cook in hot skillet (sprayed with pam) until slightly browned, flip and
brown other side.  After both sides are browned remove from skillet and cut
it like a pizza.  I call them my homemade quesadillas, and they aren
too high in fat.
