IM#@>Iron Maiden Something my daughter will eat is a tuna melt sandwich. I toast a bun take a can of tuna, moisten it with mayonnaise and horseradish . You could probably use yogurt since this mixture shouldn't be creamy, top with cheese and place under the broiler just long enough to melt cheese. Autumn loves it. I would invest in a good food dehydrator, I have one and make banana chips, potato chips, fruit roll ups and yogurt. No added sugar or preservatives, and YOU know what's in it. If you would like recipes for those, let me know. Even beef jerky can be made in it. It's easy, not messy and wholesome.
