Substitute 1 package of frozen spinich (cooked and drained really well) for
beef or Italian sausage in your favorite lasagna recipe.  Cottage cheese (
small curd) can be substituted for ricotta cheese. Presto!  Low fat lasagna
with your favorite...COTTAGE CHEESE!
