that one.  It is now the wednesday after Xmas, and I stopped on my way
home from work, and had Vanilla coffee with an almond croissant.  To
fill them, roll a finger sized piece of almond paste in the center of
a croissant rectangle.  Flatten.  Cut slits in the croissant from the
center to the edges, on one side.  Bake.  Dust with Confectioner's sugar.
On Friday I will have more time, so I can get back to you then.
