                       Apple-Orange Coffee Cake

Ingredients:

1 pkg. Orange cake mix          1 C. Milk
2/3 C. quick cooking rolled     1 egg
       oats

     Prepare orange cake mix by adding oats, milk and egg. Blend
1 minute; beat 3 minutes. Pour into two well greased  and lightly
floured 9 in. round pans. Sprinkle with apple topping. Mix together 4
medium (2 to 2-1/2 C. shredded apples, 2 T. brown sugar, 1 T. melted
butter and 1 t. cinnamon).
     Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Drizzle warm cake glaze
prepared from 1 C. sifted confectioner's sugar and 1 T. milk. Serve
warm for a delicious treat.
