                            Easy Coffee Cake

Ingredients:

2 C. sifted all purpose flour
2 t. baking powder
1 t. salt

     Mix dry ingredients in bowl. Add 1/3 C. Wesson oil, 2 t.
cinnamon, 1 C. milk and 1 egg slightly beaten.

                               Topping

1/2 C. sugar         1/4 C. flour
1 t. cinnamon          2 T. butter or oleo

     Mix and sprinkle on cake batter.

     Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
