I have this one simmering in the pot right now, and it looks GOOD!

Beef Vegetable Soup With Noodles
Serves 6

1 pound ground beef
2 stalks celery, finely chopped
3 carrots, thinly sliced
2 medium onions, chopped
6 cups water
1 beef bouillon cube
1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce
1/2 cup small pasta shells
1 (28-ounce) can tomatoes, undrained, chopped
2 bay leaves
1 1/2 teaspoons basil
Salt and pepper, to taste
1  (10 1/2-ounce) package frozen green beans or peas

1.  Brown ground beef in large saucepan.  Add celery, carrots, and onions;
saute for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.  Add remaining ingredients, except
green beans or peas, and bring to a boil.  Cover and simmer for 50 minutes.
2.  Add green beans or peas and continue simmering until vegetables and pasta
are tender.  Discard bay leaves, and serve.
