Add hot green chili pepper, juice from hot peppers, tomatoes and green onions, cook until mixture comes to a boil. Meanwhile broil steak to desired doneness. Serve sauce over broiled steak, accompanied with heated corn tortillas for rolling around pieces of meat and sauce. Note: This is a mild recipe so for extra hotness...add more of the chili peppers and/or their juice.
