Mix crumbs, cheese and seasonings. Dip chicken breasts in butter mixture, roll in cheese and crumbs. Place each chicken breast in foil lined pan on top of a piece of country ham. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour, then 300 degrees for 1/2 hour.
