      Title: Grammy-Great's Dessert
 Categories: Desserts
   Servings:  4

      1 c  Sweetened pineapple juice         1/2 c  Fresh squeezed orange juice
      2 c  Mini-marshmallows (or 25            1 c  Cool Whip
           Large, quartered)                   2 pk Lady fingers

  Heat pineapple juice to a simmer.  Add marshmallows.  Stir, constantly,
  until melted.  Add orange juice. Chill until slightly thickened.  Fold in
  Cool Whip.  Line bottom of a non-stick oil sprayed 8 inch square baking
  dish with lady finger halves.  Add 1/2 of the marshmallow mixture. Top
  with second layer of lady finger halves.  Cover with remaining marshmallow
  mixture.  Cover, tightly, with plastic wrap.  Refrigerate overnight.  Cut
  in squares to serve.
