The following recipes are delicious, and very good as gifts.  This Christmas,
I made a variety of mixes, and wrapped each portion in plastic wrap, knapsack
style, and tied it with a pretty ribbon.  I then used small stickers to
label each one, and gave a copy of the recipe to the gift recipient.

Hot Cocoa Mix
2 2/3 C nonfat dry milk  (dry)
1 1/2 C cocoa
1 C sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt

Mix all ingredients.  Store in tightly covered container at room temperature
up to 6 months.  About 4 1/2 cups mix  (72 servings).

For each serving, place 2 heaping teaspoons mix in cup or mug and stir in 2
tablespoons cold milk or water until smooth.  Stir in 1 cup hot milk or
water.  Top with marshmallows if desired.
