                              Ho Ho Cake

     Bake one box Duncan Hines cake mix (chocolate).  Make icing while
the cake bakes.

Icing: Cook 5 tablespoons flour and 1-1/4 C milk till thick and smooth.
Set aside and cool.
     In mixing bowl
1 C sugar               1 C crisco
1/2 C oleo              1 T vanilla
     Beat till smooth. Combine with flour mixture. Ice cake and
refrigerate for 1 hour. After cool top with topping.

Topping:
3 pkg Nestle premelted unsweetened chocolate
1 egg
1 stick melted oleo
1 t. vanilla
3 C powdered sugar
2-1/2 T hot water
     Mix till smooth, spead on top of cake & refrigerate.
