      Title: Impossible Cheeseburger Pie
 Categories: Meats
   Servings:  6

      1 lb Ground beef                       3/4 c  Bisquick
      1 ea Chopped onion                       3 ea Eggs
    1/2 ts Salt                                2 ea Tomatoes, sliced
    1/4 ts Pepper                              1 c  Shredded cheddar or American
  1 1/2 c  Milk

  Heat oven to 400 degrees.  Grease a 10 inch pie plate.  Brown beef and
  onion, drain.  Stir in salt and pepper.  Spread in plate.  Beat milk,
  baking mix and eggs until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1
  minute with a hand beater.  Pour into pie plate.

  Bake 25 minutes.  Top with tomatoes, sprinkle with cheese.  Bake until
  knife inserted in center comes out clean, 5 to 8 minutes.  Cool 5 minutes.
