      Title: Lettuce-Cauliflower Salad
 Categories: Salads
   Servings:  6

      1 ea Head lettuce                        1 lb Bacon, fried crisp
      1 ea Head cauliflower                  1/3 c  Parmesan cheese
      2 c  Mayonnaise                               Less than 1/2 cup sugar
      1 md Onion, chopped

  Place lettuce and cauliflower in layers.  Seal with mayonnaise.  Sprinkle
  remaining ingredients on top of mayonnaise in order given.  Seal with
  plastic wrap.  Let set in refrigerator at least 12 hours.  Toss and serve.
