Reserve 1 cup broth. Combine soups, peppers, spices, TAbasco and chicken broth. Blend well. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cover bottom of a 2 1/2 or 3 qt. casserole with 2 cups Fritos. Spread on half of the chicken, half of the sauce, then half of the grated cheese. Repeat, ending with grated cheese.
