Orange-kiwi-grape Salad
6 seedless oranges, peeled and sliced
3 kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
Salad greens
2 C seedless green grapes, cut in half
Honey-Spice Dressing  (below)

Arrange oranges and kiwifruit on salad greens.  Top with grapes.  Serve with
Honey-Spice Dressing.  12 servings.

HONEY-SPICE DRESSING
1/3 C lemon juice
1/3 C honey
3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

Mix all ingredients.

ORANGE-APPLE-GRAPE SALAD:  Substutute 3 medium apples, thinly sliced, for the
kiwifruit.
