If so, here's one that's on the stove right now and tastes GREAT. 1 lb. ground beef 1 stalk celery, cut in half and chopped 1 stick carrot, cut in half and chopped 1/4 onion (or more, to taste), diced 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup 1 can Cream of Celery soup Milk (however much you need for a consistancy you're comfortable with) Couple of shakes mild chili powder* Couple of shakes Ground Mustard* Couple of shakes Basil* Couple of shakes Salt* Couple of shakes Pepper* Clove of garlic * - All spices to taste; no measurements were taken. To prepare this, all I did was: Throw the meat in the microwave to thaw. While meat is thawing, chop up veggies. Throw meat in adequate sized saucepan or whatever you usually cook soups or stews in; let cook for a little bit. Throw in chopped veggies. Put in soups, in condensed form. Put in garlic. (it is highly recommended that you use a garlic press, rather than throwing the clove in whole. Heh heh heh...) Dollop in spices. Mix mess together. Add milk bit by bit, stirring each time, 'til it's a consistancy you can live with. Leave on the stove for a little while so veggies can soften, spices can permeate into meat, etc. Serve over baked potatoes, pasta, rice...whatever carbohydrate-laden staple you happen to have handy. This will be expected to serve my family of five tonight, and from the looks of it there will be leftovers. 9----- 9The meek shall inherit the Earth!
