Spiced Mocha With Cream
1 C sugar
1 C nonfat dry milk powder
1/2 C powdered non-dairy creamer
1/2 C cocoa
3 tbsp. powdered instant coffee
1/2 tsp. ground allspice
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
Dash salt

In large bowl combine all ingredients.  Store in airtight container.
2 1/2 cups mix  (12 to 14 servings.)

Single Serving:
Place 3 tablespoons mix in mug or cup;  add 3/4 cup boiling water.  Stir
until mix is dissolved.  Top with marshmallows, if desired.
