=========================================================================== BBS: The GWE BBS [ASV/CIN] Date: 01-14-94 (12:25) Number: 365 From: KOUNTRY COOK #1 @1912232* Refer#: NONE To: ALL Recvd: NO Subj: Spicy Meatballs Conf: (37) Home Cooki --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Spicy Meatballs 1 lb. ground beef 1/3 can tomato soup 1 egg 1/2 c. rolled cracker crumbs 2 T. ketchup 1 t. salt 2 T. instant onion Sauce: 2 T. pickle relish 1/4 c. water 1 T. instant onion 1 T. vinegar 1/4 c. ketchup 1 can tomato soup (rest of can) 2 T. brown sugar 1 T. worcestershire Mix together the beef, soup, egg, cracker crumbs, ketchup, salt and onion. Make into small balls about 1 inch in diameter. Place on a foil lined cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes or until browned. Meanwhile make sauce by mixing together the sauce ingredients and simmering, stirring often. Add meatballs and keep hot until serving time.
