Mix well. Roll into small balls. Brown in skillet and drain well on paper towels. Make Sauce: Slowly add pineapple juice to flour, using a wire whisk to prevent lumping. Add barbecue sauce and mix well. Pour over meatballs and heat in oven or on stovetop until warmed.
