The Comic Book Organizer Version 1.0 By Edwin Iskandar Created with QB 4.5 --Introduction-- The Comic Book Organizer (or CBO) is a program designed to help you organaize your comic books. It stores which comic books you have in detail. You can then search these comic book files for certain characteristics. For example , you can find out which comic books you have a certain artist or writer has worked on. Or you can just keep track of all the comic books you have. --Requirements:-- Any personal computer! --Instructions:-- To load type cbo.exe The interface system is very simple. Use the ALT keys in conjunction with the begining letter of the main menus to execute them. E.g. Alt-N executes the NEW menu and Alt-E executes the EDIT menu. -The menus- Quit - Quits to dos New - Creates a new comic book file Edit - Edits an already existing comic book file View - Views either in Basic mode : Lists all the titles currently available Extensive mode : Lists in detail comics of a certain title Search - Searches for characteristics of your comic books like artist or writer. The program will show all files containing the word you have chosen. --Note-- CBO v1.0 is affected by LOWER and UPPER CASE lettering. Therefore when calling up a file or searching for a name be sure to write them the exact way you created them or edited them with. You must be consistent. If you are having problems with calling up names then maybe you should input all your files with lower case letters. --Registration-- Registration fee is only $5.00 for a copy of the registered version of CBO on a disk which is MUCH better! SO REGISTER! It's only five bucks! PLUS - you will always be entitled to newer better updates of CBO only compatible with the registered version.
