Use Mortgage Analyst to analyze "what if" scenarios in selecting loans
and reducing their costs through various accelerated payment methods.

Mortgage Analyst is an MS-Windows Shareware loan amortization program
featuring calculations for ARMs (Adjustable Rate Mortgages), several
types of accelerated payment methods, tax refunds, and lifetime gross
and net loan costs.  Payments are presented both graphically and as a
list of payments.
