Added a check for embedded commas within any of the first 5 fields and if
one is located it surrounds the field with parenthsis to prevent the data
base from seeing this as additional fields of data.

Added a check for a damaged env.txt file. Will inform user that the data file
has a problem such as a blank line in the data file or at the end of the data
file. Also will detect a missing field if file has been modified incorrectly
with a text editor. The SEARCH function employs this check.

reduced size window in MS Windows 3.1. Requires a VGA card and monitor.

Added SEARCH capability using a Text file as the database. Date Stamps the
individual record. Does not add data to the file until you print an envelope.
