SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

The system configuration required to run DigiCard 2.0 is:

	* 4 megabytes or more of RAM.
	* 2 megabytes or more of disk space.
	* VGA graphics and up.
	* Windows 3.1 and above.


REGISTRATION INFORMATION
========================

	* Registration price is $20.
	* Users can register through CompuServe (GO SWREG #2211) or by US Mail.
	* All net profits or 40% of registration fee (which ever is greater)
	  are donated to charitable organizations of the registrant's choice.
	* Registrants receive the following:
		# License to use all future releases of DigiCard.
		# Removal of registration reminders.
		# Copy of the latest registered version of DigiCard on disk.
		# "Strategies for Success," a companion guide to DigiCard 
		  loaded with helpful tips to boost academic and professional
		  performance.

LIMITED DISTRIBUTION LICENSE
============================

The DigiCard package is defined as containing all the material listed in the
distributed files section (above). If any files listed in the distributed files
section are missing, then the package is not complete and distribution is
forbidden. Please contact the author to obtain a complete package suitable for
distribution.

	* The program plus all related program files and documentation (listed
	  in the distributed files section) CANNOT be modified in any way and
	  must be distributed as a complete package, without exception.
	  Although the author distributes DigiCard in one zip file, the
	  distributor may repackage DigiCard across several compressed files
	  to facilitate distribution or downloading.

	* Individual users and nonprofit organizations are encouraged to freely
	  copy the DigiCard package and share it with others. 

	* No price or other compensation may be charged for the DigiCard
	  package. A distribution fee may be assessed for the cost of the
	  diskette and/or shipping and handling. The total cost per disk may
	  not exceed US $10.00. On-line services such as bulletin boards and
	  CompuServe may distribute DigiCard regardless of membership fees and
	  connect charges.

	* Whenever DigiCard is advertised in a catalog, flyer, or any
	  advertising medium, the distributor is asked to send the author a
	  copy of the advertisement. Distributor is required to update the
	  author whenever the advertisement changes.

	* The person or institution receiving a copy of the DigiCard package
	  MUST be made aware that each disk or copy is for evaluation ONLY and
	  that the author has not received any royalties or payment for the
	  product. This requirement can be met in part or in whole by including
	  the complete unaltered program package.

	* The person receiving a copy of the DigiCard package MUST be made 
	  aware that he or she does not become a registered user until the
	  author has received payment for registration of the software. This
	  requirement can be met, in part or in whole, by including the 
	  complete unaltered DigiCard package.

	* The author prohibits the distribution of outdated versions of the
	  DigiCard package. If the version you have is over twelve (12) months
	  old, please contact the author for a free upgrade. This version was
	  released on March 15, 1994.

	* Upon notification from the author, the distributor must immediately
	  stop selling/distributing copies of the DigiCard package.

	* U.S. Government Information: Use, duplication, or disclosure by the
	  U.S. Government of the computer software and documentation in this
	  package shall be subject to the restricted rights applicable to 
	  commercial computer software as set forth in subdivision (b)(3)(ii)
	  of the Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at 
	  252.227-7013 (DFARS 52.227-7013). The contractor/manufacturer is
