Use the Windows NOTEPAD program to view this file.  Turn Word 
Wrap on under the EDIT menu.

Installation Note:

If you obtained this ZIP file from CompuServe you MUST have 
already installed the VBRUN300.DLL file in your Windows or 
Windows\System directory or the install program will not work!

Do not manually de-compress these files.  If VBRUN300.DLL is 
not installed it won't work anyway.

The VBRUN300.DLL file is available via the Microsoft forums on 
CompuServe.
