BLACK FOREST SOFTWARE
END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT, WARRENTY, AND DISCLAIMER

This software is a proprietary product and is protected by copyright laws.
It is licensed (not sold) for use on a single machine, and is 
licensed only on condition that you agree to the END USER agreement.  You
assume responsibility for the selection of the software to achieve your 
intended results, and the installation, use, and results obtained from the
software.

LICENSE
1. USE. You may use the software on a single machine.  The software may be 
removed from one machine and physically transfer it to another machine, but
shall not under any circustance be used concurrently on more than one machine.

2. TRANSFER. You may transfer the software, together with this license, to 
another party, but only if the other party agrees to accept the terms and 
conditions of this agreement. Any such transfer terminates your license.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THIS AGREEMENT, ANY USE, COPYING, MODIFICATION,
OR MERGING OF THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING THE DOCUMENTATION, OR TRANSFER OF THE
SOFTWARE AND LICENSE, IS PROHIBITED.

This license is effective until terminated.  you may terminate it at any time
by destroying the software together with all copies, modifications, and merged
portions in any form. It will also terminate upon conditions set forth 
elsewhere in this agreement, or you fail to comply with any term or condition  
of this agreement.

3. Evaluation and Complimentary  Software.  Software provided as evaluation or
complimentary software shall be governed by the same terms an conditions
as retail software, as set forth above.  No warranty of any kind is provided 
for evaluation software.  For retail software, see the WARRANTY below.


LIMITED WARRANTY
The software is  provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed 
or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability
and fitness for any particular purpose.  The entire risk as to the quality and
performance of the software is with you. Should the software prove defective, 
you (and not Black Forest Software)  assume the entire cost of of all 
necessary servicing, repair, or correction.

Black Forest Software does not warrant that the functions in the software will 
meet your requirements or that the operation of the software will be 
uninterrupted or error free, or that the software shall operate with any
hardware or software other than that specified in the user documentation.

Black Forest Software warrants that the diskettes on which the software is 
furnished to be free from defects of materials and workmanship for a
period of ninty days of receipt by you.


LIMITATIONS OF REMEDIES
Black Forest Software's entire liability and your exclusive remedy shall be
the replacement of any diskette not meeting the 'limited Warranty' provision 
above.

In no event will Black Forest Software be liable for any damages, including any 
profits, lost savings, or any other incidental or consequential damages
arising out of the use or inability to use such software, even if Black Forest
Software has been advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any
claim by any other party.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
