   ProgMan Manager is distributed as SHAREWARE.  Thus, if you decide to
   keep this utility after a reasonable trial period (normally 10 days),
   you are obligated (legally and morally) to remit the registration fee.
   The requested registration fee is $12, (includes Texas sales tax where
   applicable).  Registered users of any other PT WinWare product may take
   a 25% discount.
   
   Registered users will receive a personalized copy of the current
   version of the program; support via E-mail (America Online, CompuServe,
   or other mail system with Internet access); and the author's sincere
   gratitude for your support.

   You may, and are encouraged to, freely copy and distribute the un-
   registered version of this program to others interested in trying it,
   including uploading on bulletin boards, provided: a) all accompanying 
   files are distributed, unmodified, along with the main program file,
   b) you do not charge any fees for doing so, other than nomimal charges
   to cover the cost of distribution; and c) distribution by CD-ROM
   requires advance written consent from PT WinWare.  Requests for such
   consent should include copies of the distribution literature that will
   accompany the CD to explicitly and conspicuosly notify purchasers that
   use of the shareware programs on the CD requires authors' registration
   fees over and above the cost of the CD.

   Comments, suggestions, requests, etc. are welcomed and encouraged.

   the CompuServe mailbox is only checked a couple times a month.
   Currently, AOL mail is checked about 5 times a week, (except during
   vacations!)
