If you are running a version less than 7.05 then do not even bother
running the conversion programs as they will bomb out.

Use the KOBUTIL.EXE to edit your configuration file. This MUST be done otherwise
you will get a RUN-TIME ERROR.

I have not completed all the utilities that ran with the 7.x versions such
as  KINGQUES and RESETKOB. I am working on them now and hopefully will 
be out soon.

You may use your own Question file IF its of the 7.05+ format, disregard
the one included in this packet.

DO NOT attempt to run DUMPQUES on the Question file in this packet. It is
already converted for this release.
