New features of Star Empire version 2.00:

- Registration is no longer required.
- Sector with Planet Earth is now safe from attack for new users.
- Three photon torpedos can be launched at each enemy ship.
- Enemy ships now have torpedos.
- Shield type 10 are HyperShields.
- Rank is now based on score rather than security level.
- Documentation has been completely rewritten.
