SFSFADD v3.0

This program now works with Spitfire 3.x. It is a utility program for
SFSFCOM. When you add a message to a user, message threads will now
be handled correctly.

There is NO registered version of this program. This program is made
available to all users of SFSFCOM.

With Spitfire version 3.0, and multi-node support, this program also
locks the files correctly so users can be logged onto Spitfire while
you send messages etc...
