This is the textfile BBSINFO.TXT.  It should contain
              an explanation of the various patron plans you have 
              available on your BBS.  The .TXT versions of this
              file can be as long as you need it to be.  If you
              also include a file called BBSINFO.ANS you are 
              limited to 23 lines, as ANSI screens do not pause.
