There is something peculiar happening with this protocol implementation.
A caller can download without a problem.  S/he can upload sometimes, but
at other times the transfer aborts with too many errors.  However, even
when the transfer is successful (up or dwn), on their end they get a transfer
aborted message upon completion of the transmission.  My log file also shows
that the transfer was aborted.  Any reasonable explanation for this?
