If upgrading from a verion of MEGAHOST that supports User Defined Menus
 (UDF menus), the extensions for them have been changed from '.??1' to '.??0'
 to be in line with the 'BULLETIN.?00' and 'HELP.?00' menu files.

  From the main menu, the SysOp may now press:

     UpArrow:        Increases callers time allowed during current session.
     DownArrow:      Decreases callers time allowed during current session.
     RightArrow:     Increases callers security during current session by 1.
     CtlRightArrow:  Increases callers security during current session by 20.
     LeftArrow:      Decreases callers security during current session by 1.
     CtlLeftArrow:   Decreases callers security during current session by 20.
     Home:           Toggles SysOp available status.
     CtlEnd:         Disconnects caller.
