Patch for RBBS 17.3 to solve the ancient no tabs within the message
editor problem by Tim Gage  5/8/1990.

The enclosed files:  (directly replace RBBS 17.3 src files by same name)
   RBBS-PC.BAS
   RBBSSUB2.BAS

These files have been modified so as to support fixed column tab stop
in the message editor.  The (E)nter message and (L)ist message routines
have been modified so as to support the fixed column tabs.  If you
wish to change where the fixed column locations are you will need to
change the variable declaration of ZTabSize in both files, note that
there is only one declaration per file.

Because of the cut/paste job that would have been necessary to get
tabs to work with the editor, the subroutine LineEdit (line 3700 in
RBBSSUB2.BAS) has been totally rewritten w/o goto statements using
syntax compatible with QuickBASIC 4.5.  I do not know if this will
work with the 3.0 compiler, Sorry!

The (R)ead message option has absolutelly no clue as far as printing
the tabs.  I could not decipher the way in which messages were dis-
played, so you are left at the mercy of your terminal when it comes
to displaying tabs.  If someone who understands how this (the Read
messages routine) works and could explain it to me I will adjust the
procedure to display the message in the correct fashion (by con-
verting all tabs to the suitable amount of spaces.)
