Your voice phone number has been found to be in an invalid format.  The BBS
and call back verifier (CBV) need your phone number to be in a valid USA
format.  Unfortunately, the system allowed you to enter a number using a
format other than that required.

An Example of a valid USA format would be (416)579-3256
