History of SFCHKUP Batch Files

        v1.0   Beta Version

        v2.0   Changes made so that utilities were pathed
               instead instead of called so that if a virus
               infected archiver or scanner was uploaded it
               would not be used during chkup procedures.

        v3.0   Major changes...  Testing feature for EXE files.
               Many archivers are sent out in the self-extracing
               format.  This is so that you can unpack the newer
               version, since most are not upward compatable.
               After chkup tests the files is changed back to a
               self-extracting archive.  If the EXE does not extract
               it is listed as a EXE and fails chkup.
