First create a new menu using the menueditor.
Then you will need to add the command. I put it in my messge Base menu
Activation Key = /I
Pkey = ^
program Data = The number of the new menu

This is the menu file I named Intro3.msg/.clr

You need to set up a menu for it in your menu editor then there are 3 commands
Activation key=I
Pkey = ?
Program Data = introq
Activation Key = R
Pkey = !
Program Data = introa
Activation Key = Q
Pkey = ^
Program Data = number of the menu you want to return to. I put this command
               so it goes from and too the message base menu.

This is the questionaire file named introq.msg put a copy in your GFILES
directory.
