Generally I will include all the utilites that I can find on A*R*T*H*U*R (1:120/120) or The Black Hole (1:120/36) both TAG Alpha sites. I have left out some utilities from the list because they became outdated by the new release of T.A.G. or did nothing that couldn't be done equally or better with another utility. Many of the files detailed here can be Freq'd from any of the three BBSs mentioned. I have completly re-done the list from the past two versions and I think most of the changes that I made are improvments. If you have any suggestions let me know.
