Fixed a little display problem that messed up the display when there were
less than 10 days left till a holiday.  Also fixed "1 days until" to read
"Tommorrow is".  Spruced up the documentation in all versions.  Added this
file to the distribution archive.

Added Full Moons and Friday the 13th's.
Fixed Winter, Summer, Spring, and Autumn to be on the correct day, not
just the usual day.

Fixed bug that was causing a PATH NOT FOUND error on some systems.

To upgrade from 1.5 to 2.0 - Just copy over the HOLIBBS.EXE file and add
the FULL.ANS, FULL.ASC, FR13.ANS, and FR13.ASC files to the directory
where you put all the other ANS/ASC files.  Nothing else needs to be done.
