Now works for MULTI-NODES (as many as you have).
See WCQUES.CFG for setup, or use the SETUP.EXE program. (place in QUES)
For upgrades, copy NUSYSOP.EXE, WCQUES.CFG & WCQUES.CF2 to the QUES
directory.

Whats new in version v1.7        Date 6-13-92

1. A "SETUP" program for the configuration file (wcques.cfg).
   This file is NOT required! It just makes it easier to use.
2. A new filled out questionnaire file.

For upgrades, just copy the NEW "QUES0003.001" & the SETUP.EXE files to the 
C:\WC30\QUES  directory. Thats it!

For the new ideas.

1. Now YOU can select the FLAG fields!
2. 15 more fields added on the questionnaire (for SysOp reference).
   Or... Add as many more as you like.   Or... delete the blank lines in
   the questionnaire DAT file. It's up to you! See Doc.

3. A key file will now be sent to all registered users so they can convert 
   the NON-REGISTERED updates to the Registered version.
4. The HELLO4.BBS screen is faster and easier to change colors.

Whats new in version v1.5        Date 5-19-92

There is a new QUES0003.DAT file.
This new questionnaire file LOOKS better and has the PHONE field
added like it should have been in the first place.

A CONVERT file has been added to change over the OLD QUES0003.001
to the NEW QUES0003.001 file.

Also a new NUSYSOP.EXE (main program) is added to take care of
the new QUES0003.001 output.
