	does is rotate the WCTEXT.DAT file, giving your users a different 
	command prompt.... You need to name your second WCTEXT.XXX file
	WCTEXT.TMP for this to work. Fast and easy to operate, easy to
	install (just add it to your postcall.bat or as a daily event)
	with the exe file in the root directory of WILDCAT!
